Information Summary:
Kitchen fumes are a common problem for many families, not only unhygienic but also affecting our health. Shenyang kitchen exhaust engineering can help you solve the problem of kitchen fumes. So how do you solve this problem? Let's find out.
Every household's kitchen has flues, which are divided into main and auxiliary flues. The main flue runs through the entire building. The auxiliary flue is relatively independent, separated from the main flue by a perforated baffle, and sealed by floor slabs at the top and bottom. Usually, kitchen fumes in the home will first go to the auxiliary flue for buffering, and then enter the main flue through the holes in the baffle, so as to ensure that the kitchen fumes of the residents are isolated and not easily cross-contaminated.
The main and auxiliary flues must coexist. Many homeowners often experience problems with backdrafting or cross-contamination, which may be due to incorrectly connecting the exhaust pipe to the main flue during interior decoration, or removing the auxiliary flue to save space. If it is always connected to the main flue, because its upward suction is too strong, it can be described as the 'cupping effect'. If the air pressure is low, it may push the kitchen fumes of another house into your home. The auxiliary flue has a very good buffering function, so it cannot be removed.
Some people dislike the poor exhaust function of the house, so they smash the auxiliary flue and then bend the flue upwards by 45 degrees, so as to avoid some of the backflow problems. Do not use this method. Even if the exhaust pipe is bent upwards, it will still cause cross-contamination and odor in the home. Although a check valve can be used for isolation, the check valve will not close tightly if it is not cleaned frequently, and there will still be cross-contamination and odor. And if every household uses this method, it will occupy a lot of space in the flue, leading to obstructed exhaust.
